So Recently Ive decided to Build a new pc to replace my current one. I'm currently using an EVGA 780i with Intel E8400 4gigs of corsair and 2x EVGA 260 GTX video cards. For my New PC I ordered A few things for it but I want to push as much out of it as I can so i'm thinking of Liquid cooling it. Here is what i'm working with Corsair 800D Full Tower Corsair 1200Watt PSU Corsair Dominator 24 GB PC3-12800 1600mHz Corsair Force GT 180 GB SATA III SSD EVGA X58 Classified3 Intel i7-980 Corsair H100 Liquid CPU cooler as far as video card/s I'm thinking about going EVGA 580's

well I just spent 2k on everything except the video card and cooling I was thinking of just getting the GTX 580 FTW Hydro Copper 2 so I dont have to mount the cooling block to it. This is my 1st Liquid cooling project and my budget will be 1300$ for the rest of it

You will not be able to find a motherboard block for your board anywhere.I've tried and even EKWB told me it's EOL.Nobody have one but maybe used on auction site.

Actually, these kits work VERY good. All in one, easy to install, and allot less hoses having the pump and res. all built in. http://www.swiftech.com/H2O-x20-Edge-HD.aspx Have installed them on 2 p.c.s with great results. Used the rad-box off the back of the case method, but could also be mounted in the front, inside of some cases. The triple rad is the way to go. Just a suggestion, thats all. Your case says a triple can go inside the top. You could always do that too. Hardly any hose length that way.

in the process of putting the system together. I was wondering the top of the cylinder was the fill port or part of the loop itself. There are 3 holes on the bottom and 1 on top.

Top of the Cylinder Reservoir. I believe your res came with a tube, if possible put that in the hole that lets water in the reservoir.

I use a psu tester like this http://www.newegg.ca/Prod...x?Item=N82E16899887005 ( Make sure there is a on/off push button )and an old 350 watt psu , plug into pump push button on the tester and way to go. When I'm done all I have to do is plug my pump back in again. There is also another way by using your psu and jumping over the pins with a small piece of wire. Connect one end to the green wire on the 24 pin plug and the other end on any black wire next to it. Here is a photo from Koolance's Manual.

To me one is not easier than the other, other than mounting. A cylinder res takes a bit more ingenuity.

loveha Taiirepublic another question is does that pin jump thing work on the Corsair AX1200? Yes, works on all PSU's. Just be sure to unplug "everything else" from the psu , hard drives , power to cpu , video cards ect ..... Whatever is plugged into the PSU "Will Power ON" when you cross over the wires
