Im not sure who is in the banner... however their focus seems to be on Naruto and Bleach.

I would not want any kids watching Bleach... So much blood and gore. That is not a kids anime.

First one in the top right, the chibi, is Grimjaw from Bleach. Next to him (male) is Ouma Shuu and (female) Yuzuriha Inori from Guilty Crown. Hope this helps. :-)
