Afterburner,
I finally got my GTX 680 Hydro Copper in yesterday 09 April 2012; I did say that I would use your affiliate code for your help and support. For the most part, I'm an optimistic person; I try to see the good in everyone, so I definitely feel you deserve the recognition. True I just met you, and first impressions, while important, are not always indicative of someone's true nature. While a few people have been rude and condescending to me, I guess bringing people down makes them feel better, the majority of the people in the forums are kind and generally eager to help.
I'm not sure if you need it more than the next person, but as I'm a soldier in the military, integrity is pretty important to me; I'm a man of my word, so let me take care of some unfinished business before I actually register the card ... but, just so I know going in, at what point and where do I enter an affiliate code? Will they ask me to enter the code, or do I have to manually search and enter your code?
Thanks again, Afterburner; enjoy your e-bucks or whatever you get when someone uses your affiliate code.
PS - If you think there's someone more worthy, i.e., someone who's struggling to make ends meet and could really use every little they can get, aside from me of course, let me know - I'll be happy to use their affiliate code.
By the way, the GTX 680 Hydro Copper is a beast; I'm blown away!!! To think about the GK110 down the line, it's scary how amazing that card is going to be. Still, I can't say enough about this card ... true, I've only had it for a day, but everything I've done with it thus far is leaps and bounds above any card I've ever personally used.
I did have an issue upgrading to the latest Precision X, but I'm hoping it won't be too difficult to troubleshoot.
Later!
Rob
Oh, there is one other thing that's on my mind - something happened that was a bit of a slap in the face, no, nothing to do with you, but I'll keep that in house, for now.
