Hey guys. For some reason my GTX 470 keeps trying to "overheat" itself by going up to a whopping 59-60'C, sometimes 80-95'C when playing any game such as GTA IV, Counter-Strike: Source, Left 4 Dead, Call of Duty etc. Normally it gets up to 47'C such as right now. It doesn't really have a heavy load of GPU usage. Despite the fact I have just finished cleaning my whole case out with compressed air dusting, cleaned my CPU's thermal paste and aquired new paste etc. My Graphics Card has been fully air dusted (no dust anymore) including on the back and still it's temperature is reaching 50'C.
 
Not to mention my North and South Bridge chips temperature at 40 and 46'C. (Irrelevent to this topics original purpose I know, but I may aswell state it here). Could you guys suggest some idea's for me?

Whole system specs is a good start.

Motherboard: ASUS Crosshair IV Formula AM3 (Latest BIOS Update)
CPU: AMD Phenom II X6 1090T BE 4.2GHz OC
RAM: 6GB DDR3
Video Card: GTX 470

Have you setup a custom fan profile? If not, I would download precision from here if you don't have it already. Do that and then retest. The 470's like to run hot, even more so on the bios set fan speeds. Also you could just setup you fan to run at say 75% maunally and see if it makes a difference before setting up a fan profile. Also max temp is 100c on the 470's so you've technically not overheated yet, but 95 is still way too hot.
You can also just set the fan manually in the program you have in your screen shot.

I take it that the 470 is overclocked either twice or 3 times by EVGA? Just wondered by its name "GTX 470 SuperClocked" ?

I think it was twice, there were the regular 470's that were 602 core clock and the super clocked that was at 625 core. Three time if you want to count my super mega overclock of 825 core on mine.

don't worry it's normal temps, I have 2 470 SC and they IDLE at 40 to 45C and in gaming run between 75 to 82C, set a good fan profile on EVGA Precision, it would help reducing heat by raving the fans UP automatic when GPUs temps goes up, and remember room temperature does a lot, in my case tropical weather don't help me, and I keep my air conditioning set at 78, so my temps are based at 78 to 80F room temps, idk if you can get lower temps at lower room temperature.
I was going to suggest you to clean them up, but I see you all-ready did, open top cover, and make sure there is no dust between the fan and the big heat sink in there, you would be surprise, but be careful with those plastic clips.

Yeah, I have the fan running at 98%, GPU temp 42'C. I hate loud fans though. :(

You can setup a custom fan profile with precision ao that at say 65c your fans are at 75% and that will cut down on alot of the noise, and keep the temps under control.

90C  is still pretty hot for even these cards, at least for me. With a custom fan profile set it to 75% @ 70C and 100% @ 80C and hopefully that should keep the temperatures below 80C and reduce noise a bit. 
 
I have both of my 470s to run at 100% fan speed at 70C so imagine the noise mine make. They never go to 80C mostly 70-75C at most in GPU-intense games like Crysis 2 & BF3.

My 470 under full load and 85% fan is around 70C. overclocked to 700Mhz
