VPN service to devices connected to router

Anyone know if I can use a VPN on my router so any devices that connect to my router (that is on my main computer) will be through a VPN service, such as hotspot shield. I connect to VPN on my main pc, but was wondering if I could connect to my router with my cellphone or blue ray through the router and it gives me a VPN connection from it. Kinda confusing to explain it, but I am sure you get the point. Already tried some Apps for my android phone, but the only one that works disconnects every 10minutes, as well as my blueray has no set devices for it... So my only hope in general is to make my router connect to the VPN and any devices connected to router will automatically be connected to it as well.

I built a Linux based router with iptables/iproute2 at home and use a client called vpnc which supports IPSEC that can connect to various VPN appliances including Cisco PIX/ASA. This way all network devices on my network that use this router as a default gateway will be able to access the remote network over VPN. You may be able to do something similar if you have some Linux experience. If you don't feel comfortable building one from scratch, there is an image called DDWRT that can be flashed to various consumer grade routers and provides Linux and common networking support. VPNC may have to be loaded separately but is pretty easy to setup otherwise. http://www.unix-ag.uni-kl.de/~massar/vpnc/ http://www.dd-wrt.com/site/index

Have you considered maybe PFSense running PPTP and just passint PPTP and GRE through to the PFsense device via port forwarding or DMZ? That should be more stable than whatever you're using now.

i also use open VPN on a dd-wrt flashed router. everything connected to it (wired/wireless) is connected to the VPN. --note, I do this to pull a US IP address while I am stationed overseas. check out strongvpn and all of the how-to guides they have posted there.
