I just set up this system, see sig line. I am running just one video card, and since I lost my last system do to a cheap VC, I decided to add the software OCCT 4.1.1 to monitor my temperatures. MoBo and CPU are running cool under load

, each core running 25 to 30C. My video card is another issue! At rest, doing Email/web surfing, or even Photoshop CS5 digital manipulation, I am running GPU temperatures about 35c. BUT, if I go gaming...playing Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 my GPU temp jumps up to 90c withing 5 to 15 minutes. Ditto with Grand Theft Auto IV.
No other card is near my video card, until I added a PCI fan to help draw air away from my 560. I have a 120mm fan drawing air in from the front. I have two 120mm fans on the side, one in and one out. I have a 120 mm fan drawing air out over my Corsair water cooler. No other place to add a fan. I even have added an external fan, opened up the side panel, and have it blowing directly on the video card.
I have custom tuned my EVGA Precision, to go 100% fan speed @ 80c. Nothing is helping.
So my question, could this be a bad card, or are these temps "normal"? Should I replace the single card fan with a dual fan, another fan, or even water cooled system? Should I be dealing with EVGA tech support, maybe asking for a RMA? Any input is appreciated...
