wow! Just Amazing I wonder if they would fit the Z77 mobo. because the mobo fan on Z77 is one main reason for me not to buy it along with No Classified z77 just really sucks but there really is no need for the Z77 Classy Due to The X79 Classy pretty much same features except for the nf200 but it gives you 40 lanes for a better Sli Scaling. It was a tough decision between Z77 And X79 but after the reasearch I think the X79 Is the Better Board. Pci-e 3.0 is a must for a couple 680's and untill i found out that the 2011 sandy bridge e chips are 3.0 ready and will run a couple 680's at there fullest speed when the Proper updates are released, I was going to build the ivy platform, It cost less but thats just cause its not classified the cpu's are a lil cheaper. After seeing these water blocks There is no way i am going to go for ivy now unless these blocks will be compatibale on the Z77 But its still not Classified. This is my time to Upgrade I have the p55 classy and was trying to stay with theClassy Branding in the p's or z's chipsets and save some money just because all i do is game. and i really just want the best in my system even if i'm only driving miss daisy... But i guess whats an extra grand in the end to have a full x79 Rig all under water, all except the memory cause there is no need to cool any ram there rated speeds are fast enough so they stay cool. hopefully i can run 2 680 Classified hc's with my 1000w psu. Dang this is going to be an expensive build but it will not get held back by any program or game for at least 4-5 years hands down, so that acually saves in the long run i will not need to spend any coin unless a fan or peice of hardware fails but thats all part of the game!

Yeah, I'm pretty much waiting for these blocks to come out to buy the X79 Classified board. It looks like EK has some coming out soon too, but due to some bad experiences with EK in the past, I'm not a fan.

I wonder if also Evga might sell these withem preinstalled on there boards That would be just amazing to be able to buy a fully blocked and ready to go boards. X79 CLASSIFIED HYDRO COPPER And don't make them limited addition and start doing this for at least every Classified addition. I would gladly pay extra to have my board come in a box with fully installed water blocks, that would be well worth the effort there Jacob, or is it just wishful thinking!

I'm sure its not, if it takes a few weeks longer for developement of waterblocks on these puppies then so be it, I would rather wait for a great block then to settle for a quick underdeveloped block. It can't be that hard to make a block if you know what your doing obviously, but the pics looks prettly close to being done, so maybe there just getting ready to pull out the X79 Classified HC's. Fingers Crossed Maybe jacob will ring in on this tomorrow when the week flares up with all the sales of ivey, its not selling quite as fast as the 680's there in stock everywhere I wonder why?

No blocks YEt? i was looking at ek's chipset blocks for the x79 classy and the only diffrence i can see is, there done and ready to order! and they don't include the red E for EVGA so its not a big deal if EVGA scraps this deal, i can always grab EK, or if i am at that point in my build and EVGA has not released the blocks then i will just go EK. Also When are the psu's out i am intrested in that be cause i am really a big Fan boy for EVGA mostly for the EVGA red And Classifeid Hardware but i am hoping to have as much EVGA in my build as possible.

I am so waiting for these also and i wonder what the hold up could be. maybe there fitting them to the 670ftw also well all they probably need to change is the 8 to a 7, like it would be that easy....I have time cause i can't start my build till the beginning of june so hopefully by then I will have a full buffet to choose from....more for the classys though but i am still up in the air on a board they are both such awsome chipsets and they are goign to be around for a while couple years anyways and hopefully the new chipsets are cpu backwards compatible.

Glad I held off on the ek blocks, these look alot nicer. Who0t! // I use the apogee HD, great concept, you don't have to use their rad, any rad with multiple ports will work. For the x79, the HD will finally be put to use : )

I will be starting up a build thread soon and keep going back and forth between parallel vs. series build. I am going to make an attempt to fit 3 rads inside of an 800d. (1 x 360 Rad up top, then 2 x140 RADs one bottom and on back). I was originally thinking series with the RADs mixed in between blocks but now with the Apogee I am starting to think parallel with each RAD in it's own 'virtual' loop. But man the plumbing in this rig is going to be intense. Anyways sorry to de-rail the thread just actually looking to see what my options are besides the MCR Drive RAD to go parallel. Cheers!

(Not A Huge Deal If Your GPU's Are Water Cooled.) Thanks for the pic it looks tight and clean in there!. My last rig was a Cosmos S with a Quad Rad off the back and Tri Rad snuck in up top. A lot of modding two loops, paint and rigged the X58 Classified board to give my rads a heartbeat. It was pretty neat and a lot of work. This time I am just trying to see if I can pull off higher end water cooling (not best) yet still keep all of my components indoors with a some sweet Decimex filters to keep everything shiny and clean inside. I also really like the 800d and other than a fill port, I am attempting to minimize the amount of modding and see how creative I can get...It's a challenge but since I won't buy a 690GTX for anything above MSRP. It seems I got a little time. Hard to look at everything else on my work bench though pretty much just waiting for blocks and vid card...taunting me. I use an EK XT that has front and back ports (total of 4, actually 5 if you get crafty with the fill port) The Coolgate, looks awesome, but I do not have any personal experience with them. They have the top inlets, I am tempted on getting one to try, I have heard alot of good things about them.

Regardless, the rads that I'm eyeing are the Alphacool NexXxoS UT60 Full Copper line. They have multiple ports and tested among the top (if not THE top) performers with low RPM fans. They also perform very well when you need to ramp up the RPM under load. I definitely won't be running my fans below 1000RPM so they are a clear winner, and you can't complain about all the ports on it. Fricken sweet. P.S. I am with you on the series I think it will be just too complicated in parallel. Cheers Antjel

It's really not as complicated as it may first appear. With the classified blocks being split, using the HD, would actually clean up alot of tubing. The apogee HD is really only 1 inlet, and 3 outlets in an X pattern. The CPU block inlet, splits off to the left and right to hit the two mobo blocks, you could also use the CPU main outlet to cross over to another block. There are alot of options.
