atfrico The PSUs are a bit late due to the new ideas implemented on their design and features , thanks to a few forum members on this thread hehe - that's possibly true. That said, I'm sure our engineers are working hard to make them worth the wait :)

My guess-timate, they'll be out by the time the GTX 680 Classy is released, if not GK110. Shane, Any info if pre-orders are going to be available for these PSUs in the EVGA website?

No dates, no estimates. And we do PreOrders only in specific instances, it would all depend on whatever happens with the PSU manufacturing, numbers, blah blah blah Thanks for the info . I'll be waiting for them in the fall with my EVGA Store default browser page and my fully relaxed F5 key ready. Oh, i almost forgot, thank the Engineers/Tech for me in adding the Iphone app to control and monitor the wattage of the PSU while I am away from my rig

Oh NEX, where art thou? I'm really interested to see these come to market. I'm thinking about moving the old HX620 to the server, and trying out one the the smaller Aurum units in my sig rig. Any sort of updated ETA Jacob?.....maybe June or July? I'm in no hurry....this HX620 isn't going anywhere.

I wonder if EVGA is having second thoughts on how to nail down the power outputs of the models they make available now that the latest GPU's have significantly lower power requirements?

This and these PSUs are designed to go into high end rigs such as SR2 SRX and P/Z77/79 with muliple GPUs and liquid cooling/fancy lighting etc. There is still a good market for 1000w + PSUs. off topic for a moment > one hopes that whatever they end up calling GK110 does not consume too much power, that would really be a downer.

kaninja bhk1004 1000w feels a bit low... and 1500 seems just over board... i love my 1200w psu... where is it? lol Considering 1000W is more than enough to run 90% of enthusiasts systems, I wouldn't really call it low. It does seem like a big hole in the line-up though, but then again if you actually need over 1000W, then why not just go nuts and get the big dawg 1500W unit. or not waste time screweing around adn go for a 1600watt unit (i did for 329.99 and free shipping), as far as a 1200 watt unit yeah it would be nice to see in the lineup but lets hop it doesnt have the coil whine and squeal like the corsair units, it needs to be uber quiet like my lepa G1600
i am offended by your sig so you need to remove it.

Gratuitous does the new digital one by corsair 'squeal'? No one knows as there are no reviews and it is currently not on the market, projected release seems to be Q3+ this year. I suspect only until then will we be informed of any issues with this new model. I wonder if EVGA will sell seperate sleeved kits in black for the GPU for those of us that don't have red as part of our color scheme?

Mr.RS4 Can you get the power cables to the European electrical outlet? I assume they will make a UK version also. If not I'm sure you can get an adapter Can't wait for these. I assume they will have a decent price tag on them.
