The PCIE lane layout is as follows, and exactly as posted in the thread. It cannot be changed via BIOS.

Not to be picky, but where is the extra x8 PCIe bandwidth from the CPU being used? your chart only shows x36 total lanes and not x40 lanes. Does the SB verision of the SB only support x36 and we have to wait for the IB version to get x40 lanes??? on EVGA boards.
