I have a few questions for EVGA:
(1) I won a GTX 560 Duke Nukem package through the affiliate rewards draw (thanks!). It appears this is valid for the step-up program, but what value would be assigned to it - the current price of $244.99, or something else, since I didn't actually pay for it (although I have paid for an extended warranty on it already)?
(2) I also purchased a 2nd GTX 560 Duke Nukem package from EVGA which I only just received and have not registered yet, but I will shortly. I will also pay for extended warranty. I have not claimed the $20 rebate and don't intend to as it means 'destroying' the box to cut out the UPC code. If I used this card for step-up as well, would I get (a) the $244.99 value I paid for it, (b) the $224.99 'after rebate' value, or (c) the $244.99 + extended warranty cost?
(3) The step-up page says I "must return the original product and all accessories that came with the original package. The original packaging material and box are recommended to be returned. Free promotional items such as games, posters, shirts, etc. are considered gifts and are not required to be returned". So with the Duke Nukem package, I could keep the game, belt buckle, book and mousepad that came with the card?
(4) Last but not least, can you advise if there are any plans to add either of the following cards to the step-up TO list in the near future:
- GTX 580 3GB HydroCopper2 (03G-P3-1591-AR)
- GTX 580 3GB (03G-P3-1584-AR)
Appreciate your help.
