680i - ACPI Settings

I just got a new monitor (Samsung T260HD) connected via DVI, and it's very SLOW to wake up... I have it set in power management settings to turn off after 10 minutes (one of those green types)... wake up wasn't an issue on the old monitor so I was wondering if the BIOS setting might be an issue... Windows 7 Enterprise 64bit EVGA 8800 GTX (NO sli) Anyone got any ideas ?? m

Not that it makes any sense, but for future reference... setting the BIOS to S1 & S3 (instead of just S3) seemed to alleviate the problem in WIN 7 64 bit... m
