Somehow I have a hard time believing your happy response.

I have been working with tech support for serveral weeks now. I have loaded the software on Windows XP and it works fine, including recording. I cannot record on Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit, with it complaining that the video source content is "protected." It doesn't make sense that the same content is non-protected on Windows XP and protected on Windows 7.

After several exchanges with tech support, I tried putting the executables (programs and services) in XP compatibility mode, then even enabled them to run as administrator. Still it doesn't record because the content is "protected." (not REALLY).

The latest exchange with tech support had this comment: "This product is not currently certified for Windows 7 at all. It is likely that it should work as there are not a whole lot of software compatibility changes with Windows Vista, but there are no guarantees at this time."

So there you go. You say everything is wonderful, tech support says "it isn't supported."

Oh well, at least I can watch real time. If anyone has a REAL comment or suggestion, I would appreciate the input.
Re:InDTube + TVEnhance + Windows 7 Doesn't Record (evilyoshi48)

or how about having a ton of accessories included in the box. I have downloaded and installed the TVEnhance15 (1.5.6003) version and this does not help.
