Here is a link to our FAQ Guide on how you can create a .JPG or .PDF copy of your purchase invoice and upload it to your My Products page.

A copy of your invoice/receipt is required for ALL end-user RMA's.

By uploading it early on, it will help expedite the approval of any RMA, Advanced RMA, or Step-Up requests.
Remember, if you received the product from EVGA RMA or from Step-Up, a copy of your invoice is NOT required in order to have another RMA approved.
