(johnerz)

It wwill do, you might like to email in if it fails to show in a few days time but here is a copy from the extended warranty info page

MSRP is based on data provided by EVGA, it is not equal to the dollar amount you paid.
All Extended Warranties purchased will allow your product to participate in the Step-Up program. If you choose to Step-Up, the extended warranty will not transfer to the new product.
All Extended Warranty purchases are non-refundable. The option to purchase will be available at the time of registration if registration is completed within 30 days of purchase. If you decline at the time of registration, the option to purchase the Extended Warranty will be available up to 30 days from the original date of purchase.
Replacements under EVGA's RMA Service will always follow the original product's warranty. It will not be necessary to purchase the Extended Warranty again for RMA replacements.

So your good to go :)
Re:Extended Warranty question. (vinniebrasco)

Well I purchased an extended warranty, and so far it doesn't show that it carried over to my new card.. does it take a day to update?...I unregistered the card I purchased a warranty on as the system instructed me to do so. Now I can't see any info on the old, hopefully the warranty transfers.

Re:Extended Warranty question. (vinniebrasco)

 Thanks for the info,

No the card in question is not the one in my signiture, the old 9800 gt is about to be put on retirement...or at least on standby and used as a back up.
Re:Extended Warranty question. (BioHazardSperm)

Is the card in question the one in your Signature? I only ask because purchase of the extended warranty can only be done within a certain time frame.
Extended Warranty question. (vinniebrasco)

 Hello,
I plan on purchasing an extended warranty so I can later step up, within 90 days. I have RMA'd my original card and will get a different one in the mail through the RMA process in a couple of days. Do I wait until I recieve the new card, then register it and purchase an extended warranty on that card?

Or do I purchase it on the original card and the warranty will just carry over to the replacement card?
Thanks,
V
