If so, your serial number is at your My Products page.

AFAIK you need to register any EVGA card/Motherboard/etc within 30 days of purchase to qualify for their 2-3-lifetime warranties.
Lost s/n sticker = no warranty (Hrafnhildur)

 Hi there,

I've got a failing GTX470 card, to be exact a 012-P3-1470-TR, that is right within the 2 year warranty, bought it on the 21st of may 2010 and have the original invoice.
The problem is, as perhaps many of you have experienced with the hot fermi cards, that the s/n sticker has fallen off and I can't find it anywhere inside my system.
Also, I didn't keep the original box and didn't have the sense to write the serial number down or register it online :(

I've been in contact with EVGA customer service and they've been nothing but polite, but they have informed me that since I don't have the s/n, I'm all out of luck with the warranty on the card.

The board does in fact have a nVidia s/n on it, and I can't belive that EVGA can't crossreference which EVGA s/n goes on which nVidia board, at least I find it very strange if they don't keep those numbers in tact.

So the problem I'm facing, I've got a card that's under 2 years old, I've got the original invoice, the model number which on the EVGA site states a 2 year warranty, and the nVidia s/n, but no luck in getting it serviced because the sticker, which is, in my opinion, very loosely glued to the card to begin with, is lost.

I have to admit that I'm kind of mad because of this, I've been a faithful EVGA fanboy to date, but it seems that I might start considering other hardware options in the future. I of course can see they're point of view, but it's as if those stickers are made to fall off. Why the hell do the glue them right to the PCB, on top of some soldering points, why not, for example, on the side of the plastic on the cooler? I know that PNY does that, they put the sticker on the side of the cooling, where it will never fall off.

If there's some EVGA tech here that can help me with my case, I'd be forever grateful.
