Running 2.66GHz 920 is your problem. Get at least 3.6GHz out of that 920 or buy a Sandy Bridge system.

GTA4 is a badly coded console port and the game in general needs high cpu clocks, your 680 also needs a higher cpu clock to breath.

Not sure why ur getting that low of frames, i just now got done installing GTA IV and i get 59-60 fine maxed out, havent added the high res pack mod yet but u should def be getting higher FPS.

Hi, i got my refference EVGA GTX 680 from local retailer yesterday and start OC it.

i got power target at 132%
GPU at 137
mem at 600
temperature is not going higher than 67 degree(just ordered a bracket from EVGA hope it will make it even cooler)
its stable however i can not push gpu anymore(unigine heaven bench is crashing but in games its fine)
Im getting 50.9 average FPS out of Unigine(All max settings 1080p)
is this a good overclock or should i try to push it harder and get better performance ?

also, I tried to play some GTA 4 but it sucks, FPS is 25-35 in open environments, and my processor is working only 50-60% when in other games its going all the way to 99-100%. i dont know why but GTA was the only game that did this to me, also for some reason shadows look very bad even on maxed out settings.

my system is
Intel i7 920(stock speed)
Geforce gtx 680.
6gb ddr3 1066(waiting for amazon to ship out Corsair dominator GT 12 gb ones)
