Solution. I did a couple things. In msconfig I disabled evtune in Startup. I also logged into the admin account for the first time since I'd installed it, rebooted, logged in as regular user account as I normally do. I'd installed it using Run As Administrator not directly inside the admin account. So one of those fixed it.

I uninstalled the old version of Precision and installed the latest version 3.0.1. Now everytime I bootup I get a driver can't initialize error which I am able to bypass. I uninstalled in and reinstalled it but still get the error. I'm able to run the program as well but errors mean something about it isn't working properly. Any help? evga gtx 460, evga 680i, windows 7 pro.
