PrecisionX: Monitor Window always on top? Voltage setting? (Grestorn)

I just downloaded PrecisionX. I'm using a GTX580 for now (I'll buy a new card as soon as the GK 110 is out... :) ).

I have two questions regarding the tool:

- The only way to set the voltage is using the external EVTune, is it? That also means that you cannot set the voltage as part of a profile? This is very unfortunate... Or am I overlooking something?
- The monitor window always stays on top of all other windows. Can I change that behaviour somehow?
