I shipped mine via UPS ground on a Monday, it took about 7 days to get there IL-->CA. Evga turned it around in 2 days and shipped it back to me 2nd air. I got my card Thursday of the following week.

The only problem I had was uploading the invoice for my 2 580s, and I put it in folders, My Documents and Personal Docs to, and put it on my C: drive and then put it also on my Desktop, so i had to make several calls that i couldn't Upload my Invoice, they finaly said to just email them my Invoice and thank God that worked yesterday. And Today about an hour or more I sent my 580s at a local UPS store and said that my 560s should be there at their offices tomorrow.

I live only like an hour and 10 minutes from the place, so I hope they get it tomorrow or Thursday, then I have it on 1 day Air-Delivery which could be done since I live so close to Brea.

But the only trouble I had was getting them my 2 Invoices. luckily EVGA was nice enough to let me email my Invoices from the 580s I had. Otherwise everything went fast............ Well it still went fast as this is the 2nd day.

Well holy moly! I guess there's your answers kids, that was less than a day turnaround! Great job evga!

Can't do much about supply/demand situation (everyone wanted a 680 from the get go), but I have to say the experience with the step up program so far has been very positive and smooth.

I jumped in the 680 queue at the end of May (5/28) and was #832. After 4 months i'm at #0 and my 570 is on its way to EVGA :). Thus far the process has been smooth and painless. Thanks to EVGA for a great program!

So how long was the turnaround for you guys once evga got your cards? Mine arrived on Monday but it's still pending on shipping the new one to me. Just wondering when I should expect it. Was hoping to have it this week (paid for overnight shipping) but not sure it'll happen. I know the official answer, but I was curious to hear what the real-world results were for you guys.

Got to 2 #0s from my 580s to the 680s, it took 6 months or 8, but that was because I went to the 670s twice, so that was my fault. But for some reason all through last night I couldnn't Upload my Invoice number which I didn't know I had to have, but I spent all night putting my 580 proof of Invoice in diferent places in the computer, and still wouldn't Upload, so after a cpl calls to Tech support about my problem they said to just email them, this morning I called to see if the same guy was on Support, and wasn't there yet so another Tech told me to email them, and it finaly worked.

After a good anxietty attack lol. Now I just have to send my 2 580s in then i'll get my 680s overnight shipping even though Brea is only is a lil' more than an hour away. I wish I could just have my Pappy drive me to Brea and switch cards..

I'm on number 39 and 40, and asked if I could send both my 580s in it's orginal Box, and hasn't been used, and luckily CS said it was ok. So that saves money, because i only have enough money for probably for the 2 680s, and my family is out of money lol.

I see a lot of ppl are near my 2 numbers. Good luck guys.

Same here!!! Im going to be sad to see the 580 go but happy to see the 680 come. I just hope the 560 I'll have to use til the 680 gets here wont leave me spitting mad while playing BF3

seems the queue has started moving along finally in the past 2 weeks, i went from 109 then to 52, and then last thursday i hit 0 , Shipped out my GTX 580 on friday, which Evga will recieve my today! so Hopefully tuesday at the lastest I'll have my GTX 680 :D
