Guess this proves Newegg auto-notify doesn't work. I've had it set since Saturday night & still no word from them. I did get an email from EVGA on Monday, but didn't see it til 45 mins later & went to the site to find it back to auto-notify. This is the last thing I need for my new build and don't want to get something older/slower. I just hope I'm not waiting another week to get one.

*edit* I set up notifies here for all 3 versions listed, hopefully I'll be able to snag one today.

i am new to the step up program and my que number is 374 for the gtx 680 ,and i was just wondering how long do you think it would take to get one of these cards with that kind of que number that i have thankyou.

I dunno guys, I'm gonna play it safe and wait for the hype to settle down a little bit before pulling the trigger on one of these babies myself. Seems like it may be late April/early May if I'm lucky. As much as I am desperate for a GPU upgrade from an aging HD 5850, I'm pretty sure I'll be grabbing one when there's not as much as a demand.

It was listed in the EU store yesterday - so it might just be a stock thing, there was some then, but as its not folding yet i'll wait a while longer :(

I just dropped from 245 to 217. Was starting to loose hope for a second since i i dropped a total of 4 spots over night. Im guessing 4 people just dropped out. Glad to see there atleast setting some aside for the people waiting in line. Wish i could have signed up earlier, but wouldnt let me do it on my phone, so i had to wait till i got some to jump on the list. But cant complain since im getting my 680 for just the shipping cost. Hopefully by mid next week i can send mine in. I love my 580 but the more i look at the 680 the more i need to have it. lol.

Just went from #26 to #1 in the Step-Up queue in the last 15 minutes. Looks like they're knocking out the Step-Ups too. Nice work EVGA!

How does this work with those of us waiting in the step up que? Is there a time frame where all cards go to new purchases for the first few days and then get re-allocated to step-up after that or do you just split every shipment between new buyers and step-up customers?

I'm curious because being only 61 in the que seems like I should be able to get through that in a couple days max but if you aren't going to allocate cards for a week or two then I may be better off trying to sell my 580 and buy new.

stock for the step up is different than stock for selling to consumers

with that said, getting your card stepped up takes quite some time during the launch period....as demand is very high

Ah its great to be back in ye ol' EVGA forums... I was told by the guys over at tigerdirect (TD) that the next shipment of 300 EVGA cards wasn't going to hit them until April 15th. This was at about 3PM EST on 3/22/2012. I am on a back-order list over there. TD works through a separate warehouse for their cards and as I was speaking to them it seemed there was a bit of a disconnect between the warehouse and the store stock numbers. The CSR there also said there was a possibility they could arrive sooner like around Apr 7th.

I hope they are wrong but I will wait regardless. I bought 4 Galaxy brand GTX480s and while they didn't give me any issues I didn't/don't like flying without a solid support and warranty safety net. Any info on when e-tailers tigerdirect is going to get some more EVGA lovin would be awesome!
