I don't know why everyone gives Fedor such a hard time for not joining the UFC. It is not the only organization.....all the best fighters in the world are NOT in the UFC......some yes. His contract with Strikeforce is only for 3 fights. So now that he has defeated Rogers, the next logical fight will be Fabricio Werdum, and then the Strikeforce HW champ Alistair Overeem.

As for Brett Rogers being such a huge underdog, 6-1 I believe, that is just ridiculous. He is VERY strong and has a devastating punch. Just look at how the first punch of the fight re-positioned Fedor's nose....what a mess.

I can tell you for sure that Fedor had one of the toughest fights of his life, and at the same time proved why he is arguably the best heavyweight in the world. As for the mentioned rematch....I don't see that happening. You don't give immediate rematches to guys that just got knocked out. With Fedor's contract only being three fights I don't see him fighting one guy who he defeated and isn't the champ twice.....makes no sense, sorry Brett.

As for the UFC getting Fedor......it all rests with Dana. If he wants to control the fighters and not let them fight in other organizations or compete in their home countries in the sports that they love.....then Fedor will never see a UFC ring. The future of MMA depends on co-promotions. Even boxing co-promotes. A fighter with the IBF belt can fight the fighter with the WBO belt. The UFC fighter can only fight another fighter in the UFC. Dana White needs to realize that MMA has outgrown his ego and embrace MMA as a whole....not just his version of it.

i don't know man, he fought andre arlovski, that dood is one tough dood. he fought that 7'2 monster and arm barred him. have you seen his credentials. he's the only one that still competes in judo championships.

who in the ufc is gonna challenge him?

brock lesnar, only because he comes in at 265, and is really 295lbs. just to much power.

maybe gonzaga.

he also beat the mirko as well.

who else is there?

i'm not debating that he shouldn't be in the ufc. but if look at his fights, his last 7 were against some amazing fighters.

I lost all respect for Fedor when he refused to fight in the UFC. He flat out turned down Dana White's ridiculous offer for a UFC contract. He doesn't have anyone on his level in Strikeforce to contend with him. If he really wants to prove he is the best heavyweight in MMA, he needs to step up to the big time and fight some legitimate contenders.

yeah, i have basic cable, 60 channels. and it's on CBS. Canada/USA of course.

might be watching a replay on the west coast. maybe already played on the east coast.

Of course it's debatable who is the best fighter, but he's top 3.
