Think you have the skills to make an EVGA-themed commercial? We want to see what you've got! We're giving you nearly two months to put together the greatest spot based on anything EVGA. You will upload your commercial to YouTube and enter the link below. They will be judged by EVGA employees and voted on to see who wins the grand prize!

We are giving you nearly two months, entries stop on 8/30/09, to think up, storyboard, render, shoot, edit, etc. and release an EVGA-themed commercial running from 60-90 seconds in length. You will then upload the video to YouTube and join the EVGA Decade group. Once you are accepted, you will be able to submit your commercial to the group. Once this has been done fill out the form below for your entry. You may only enter once, so make sure it is your final draft before entering.

Verify your information below. If this is not up to date, please go to your profile and update your home address. If your information is correct, agree to the terms and conditions of the contest, submit the link to your video on YouTube and click submit below. Your video must be attached to the EVGA Decade group to be eligible.

Contest and Official Rules:

The contest begins on 07/16/09 at 12:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time (PST) and the submission will be accepted until 08/30/09 at 11:59 p.m. (PST). The contest consists of 3 phases as set forth below.

Phase 1) Submission : Starts 07/16/09 - Ends 08/30/09

Phase 2) Judging: Starts 08/31/09 - Ends 09/01/09

Phase 3) Winners announced: 09/02/09 at 12:00 P.M. PST

All employees of Sponsor, its parent, affiliates and subsidiaries, and the immediate families and household members of each, are not eligible in submitting a entry to participate in this contest.

By submitting an entry, participant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules.

All Entries must be in English unless otherwise specified in the Official Rules. Entries in any other language will not be considered. Entries that are lewd, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate to the Contest will be disqualified at EVGA's sole discretion.

Participants warrant that their Entries are original and that they are the sole and exclusive owner and rights holder of the submitted Entries and that they have the right to submit the Entries in the Contest and grant all required licenses. Each Participant agrees not to submit any Entry that (1) infringes any third party proprietary rights, intellectual property rights, industrial property rights, personal or moral rights, or images depicting any recognizable athletes, celebrities, animals, animated characters, objects or any other rights, including without limitation, copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret or confidentiality obligations; or (2) otherwise violates applicable U.S. law or the law of the Participant's country of residence.

Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, illegible, misdirected or misrouted entries, electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission.

Submitted entries become the property of EVGA and will not be returned.

EVGA reserves the right to deny and delete any video that is submitted for this contest

How to Participate:

During the Submission Phase, you have to visit and submit the video to www.evga.com/decade/onthetube/ and follow the steps below to participate in this contest.

Step One: Create a video commercial that is EVGA themed that is between 60-90 seconds in length.

Step Two: Visit http://www.youtube.com/group/evgadecade

Current YouTube users can use their existing YouTube account. New users can create a new YouTube account by clicking the "Sign Up" link at the upper right hand corner of any YouTube page. It is free to add a new account on YouTube.

Step Three: Upload Your Video

Once you've created and finished editing your video, make sure it's in an acceptable file format (AVI, MOV, WMV or MPG), and you're ready to upload.

Click the "Upload" button in the upper right-hand corner of any YouTube page.

Enter as much information about your video as possible, Title, Description and Tags. The more information you include, the easier it is for visitors to find your video.

Set your video to "Public".

Click the "Upload a Video" button.

In the next window, click the "Browse" button to locate and select your video file on your computer.

Click the "Upload Video" button.

Please note that it can take several minutes for your video file to upload from your computer to YouTube.

Step Four: Submit Your Video to the EVGAonthetube. Once you've uploaded your video to your YouTube account, you're ready to participant in EVGA's commercial contest. Submissions to the Group page are the preferred method; however, we will also accept submissions to the Channel page.

Read the EVGA commercial contest article for all the terms and conditions. By submitting your video to the EVGAonthetube, you agree to the terms of the contest.

Visit  http://www.youtube.com/group/evgadecade.

Click "Join This Group" on the upper right hand corner of the page. Your membership request will be sent to EVGA Decade. We will respond to your request within 24 Hours via e-mail.

Once you have been accepted into the EVGADecade, visit http://www.youtube.com/group/EVGAonthetube and click the "Add Videos" link on the upper right hand corner of the page.

Select your video from your YouTube account and click the "Add to Group" button to submit your video to the EVGADecade. All video submissions must be approved by EVGADecade before they will become available for viewing on the EVGAonthetube YouTube Channel.

Step Five: Go to EVGA.com/decade/onthetube/default.asp and let EVGA know your youtube link. You must have a FREE EVGA user account and be logged in to submit your video. Note: Just posting your video in our group does not confirm you have entered the contest, you MUST sign up at EVGA.com/decade/onthetube/default.asp

Terms and Condition:
The EVGA commercial video must be an original video about EVGA

The Video must not exceed ninety (90) seconds in length.

Each person may submit only one (1) commercial video.

Eligible commercial contest videos are to be advertisements (commercials) and not product reviews.

The eligible entry must not have been submitted previously in any promotion of any kind or exhibited or displayed publicly through any means other than YouTube.com.

The Entry must be the person's original work and must not contain material that violates or infringes another's rights, including but not limited to privacy, publicity or intellectual property rights, or that constitutes copyright infringement, or images depicting any recognizable athletes, celebrities, animals, animated characters, or objects;

The submitted video must not contain material that is inappropriate, indecent, obscene, hateful, tortuous, slanderous or libelous, or defamatory against other people or companies.

The submitted video must not contain material that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age;

The submitted video must not contain material that is unlawful, in violation of or contrary to the laws or regulations of the Federal government or any governmental agency or any state where video is created.

During the Judging Phase, qualified judges determined by EVGA in its sole discretion will select the videos and choose the winners.

EVGA reserves the right to substitute an alternate prize of equal or greater value in the event all or part of a prize set forth above becomes unavailable. No cash substitute or transfer of prizes is available.  Prizes are awarded without warranty of any kind from EVGA, express or implied, without limitation, except where this would be contrary to federal, state, provincial, or local laws or regulations. All federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations apply. Submission of an Entry in this Contest constitutes agreement by the Participant to the terms and conditions of these Rules. Decisions of EVGA and the Judges are final and binding on all matters pertaining to this Contest. Return of any prize/prize notification may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Any potential winner who cannot be contacted by email within 15 days of attempted first notification will forfeit his/her prize. Potential prize winner(s) and their parents/legal guardians may be required to sign and return an Affidavit or Declaration of Eligibility, a Liability/Publicity Release within 30 days following the date of first attempted notification. Failure to comply within this time period may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. EVGA at its sole discretion shall reserves the right to disqualify any Participant from the Contest if it reasonably believes that the Participant has attempted to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest by cheating, deception, or other unfair playing practices or abuses, threatens or harassment of any other Participants, EVGA employees and affiliates, or the Judges.

Use of Winner's Name & Information: By entering, each entrant grants permission, without further compensation, to EVGA and their agents and licensees, to use the entrant's name, information and submitted material for Broadcast, print and promotional purposes in connection with the contest.

Limitations of Liability: By entering, entrants agree to release EVGA, and their officers, directors, employees and agencies from any claim, loss, liability, damage or injury of any kind arising from their participation in the contest or their receipt or use of the contest

Control of Submissions

Unsolicited Submissions: EVGA does not accept or consider Unsolicited Submissions so please do not Distribute Unsolicited Submissions on, through, or in connection with the Contest or the Website.

Indemnification: Contestants hereby agree to indemnify, defend, and hold the Released Parties harmless from and against any and all losses, damages, liabilities and costs (including settlement costs and any legal or other fees and expenses for investigating or defending any actions or threatened actions)

Cooperation; Removal of submissions

EVGA reserves the right, but disclaims any obligation or responsibility, to (a) refuse to post or communicate or remove any Entry from the Website that violates these Official Rules and (b) identify any user to third parties, and/or disclose to third parties any Entry or personally identifiable information, when EVGA believes in good faith that such identification or disclosure will either (c) facilitate compliance with laws, including, for example, compliance with a court order or subpoena, or (d) help to enforce these Official Rules and/or protect the safety or security of any person or property, including the Website. Moreover, EVGA retains all rights to remove Entries from the Website at any time for any reason or no reason whatsoever.
