Finally, EVGA's P67 Motherboard series is available for public consumption! To celebrate, we are going to give away 20 motherboards over the course of four weeks! We will give away a total of 3 EVGA P67 SLI Motherboards and 2 EVGA P67 FTW Motherboards every week during the promotion. To win, all you need to do is comment on your own Mods Rigs system what the new EVGA P67 Motherboards can do for you! You can write about the new build you would make, or talk about the cool mods or even overclocking you would be able to accomplish. Use your imagination!

We will be drawing up to 5 winners per week. If you did not win in a drawing, your entry will still qualify you for the next!

Eligibility

Only persons who are at least 17 years of age can enter. By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsors., which are final in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.  Entrants must be members of EVGA.com, sign up is free and easy.  Entrants must complete and post a public Mods Rigs system which is a computer the entrant owns currently and the posting must include at least one picture of the entrant's computer on the Mods Rigs system posting.  Your comment must be made from the sweepstakes start date through the end of the promotion.

All Employees of Sponsors, its parent, affiliates and subsidiaries, and the immediate families and household members of each, are not eligible in submitting an entry to participate in this Sweepstake.

Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, illegible, misdirected or misrouted entries and registrations, electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission.

How to Enter: 
During the Sweepstakes Period, post a public system at Mods Rigs that includes an image of your current system, comment on this system about how you would use an EVGA P67 and fill out the form at the following URL: http://www.evga.com/articles/00635/.

Enter the required fields, and click "Submit". Limit One (1) Online Entry per person, per e-mail address, and per household during the Sweepstakes Period via Online Entry, regardless of whether a person has more than one address or more than one person uses the same address. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different profiles, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant's entries and that entrant will be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the profile used to register will be deemed to be the registrant or entrant. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law and is governed by the laws of the United States of America.

Alternative Means of Entry: You may also enter the Sweepstakes by mailing a standard-size postcard with your name and email address to: EVGA Mods Rigs P67 Promo, 2900 Saturn St. #B, Brea CA 92821. Postcard entries must be postmarked during the Sweepstakes Period to be included within the random drawing, and no more than one postcard/email address may be submitted during the Sweepstakes Period.

Selection of Winners / Random Drawing: The potential Winner will be selected in a random drawing to be held on or about each Tuesday during the promotion period from among all eligible entries. Winners will be announced starting each Wednesday during the promotion period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Prize: One (1) of eight (8) EVGA P67 FTW motherboards (160-SB-E679-KR) - ARV $250 OR one (1) of twelve (12) EVGA P67 SLI Motherboards (130-SB-E675-KR) - ARV $200.  Prize is awarded without warranty of any kind from Sponsors, express or implied, without limitation, except where this would be contrary to federal, state, provincial, or local laws or regulations. All federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations apply. No cash substitute or transfer of prize is available; however, Sponsors may, at there discretion, substitute prize of equal or greater value. Prize is not transferable. Return of any prize/prize notification may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Any potential winner who is not in contact with us or if within 15 days of attempted first notification will forfeit his/her prize. Sponsors at its sole discretion shall reserves the right to disqualify any Participant from the Sweepstakes if it reasonably believes that the Participant has attempted to undermine the legitimate operation of the drawing by cheating, deception, or other unfair playing practices or abuses, threatens or harassment of any other Participants, Sponsors employees and affiliates.

Use of Winner’s Name & Information: By entering, each entrant grants permission, without further compensation, to Sponsors and their agents and licensees, to use the entrant’s name and information for Broadcast, print and promotional purposes in connection with the Sweepstakes.

Limitations of Liability: By entering, entrants agree to release Sponsors, and their officers, directors, employees and agencies from any claim, loss, liability, damage or injury of any kind arising from their participation in the Sweepstakes or their receipt or use of the prize.

No Prize Substitutions: No cash substitute or transfer of prize is available; however, Sponsors may, at their discretion, substitute prize of equal or greater value. Prize is not transferable.

Winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes associated with acceptance and use of prize.

Any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by arbitration. Claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorney’s fees. These Official Rules shall be governed by, subject to, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States of America, excluding all conflict of law rules. If any provision(s) of these Official Rules are held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions hereof will remain in full force and effect. To the extent permitted by law, the rights to litigate, seek injunctive relief or make any other recourse to judicial or any other procedure in case of disputes or claims resulting from or in connection with the Sweepstakes are hereby excluded, and all Participants expressly waive any and all such rights.
