1. ELIGIBILITY: The EVGA X58 Special Edition T-shirt Giveaway ("Giveaway") is offered only to legal residents of USA, Canada, European Subsidiaries, Australia, and Latin America. All employees of Sponsor, its parent, affiliates and subsidiaries, and the immediate families and household members of each, are not eligible in submitting an entry to participate in this contest. By entering you agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor or its designee regarding the Giveaway, which are final and binding in all respects.
2. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD: The entry period will begin on November 17, 2008 at 6:00:00 a.m. Pacific Standard Time (PST), and end when we reach the first 500 participants that register and meet the requirements ("Promotional Period"). A day begins at 12:00:00 a.m. (PST) and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. (PST).
3. TO ENTER: You must own an EVGA X58 Motherboard (132-BL-E758-A1) that has been registered on EVGA's website (https://www.evga.com/register/).
   
   You must be one of the first 500 people that registered your X58 Motherboard with EVGA.
   
   Participant must upload a copy of their original invoice that shows proof of purchase of where and when participant purchased the X58 motherboard.
   
   Only one entry per person and this offer may not be combined with any other offers.
4. PRIZE: The First 500 participants that registered their X58 and meets all the requirements will receive a EVGA X58 T-shirt (ARV $9.99).
   
   EVGA will contact the winners through Email and will ship out the T-shirt to the address that the participant registered with.
   
   Prize is awarded without warranty of any kind from EVGA, express or implied, without limitation, except where this would be contrary to federal, state, provincial, or local laws or regulations. All federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations apply. By entering this drawing it constitutes an agreement by the Participant to the terms and conditions of these Rules. Any potential winner who cannot be contacted by email or phone within 15 days of attempted first notification will forfeit his/her prize. Potential prize winner(s) and their parents/legal guardians may be required to sign and return an Affidavit or Declaration of Eligibility, and Liability/Publicity Release within 30 days following the date of first attempted notification. EVGA at its sole discretion shall reserves the right to disqualify any Participant from the giveaway if it reasonably believes that the Participant has attempted to undermine the legitimate operation of the giveaway by cheating, deception, or other unfair practice or abuses, threatens or harassment of any other Participants, EVGA employees and affiliates.
   
   No Prize Substitutions: No cash substitute or transfer of prize is available; however, EVGA may, at their discretion, substitute prize of equal or greater value. Prize is not transferable.
   
   Winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes associated with acceptance and use of prize.
5. Use of Winner's Name & Information: By entering, each entrant grants permission, without further compensation, to EVGA and their agents and licensees, to use the entrant's name and information for Broadcast, print and promotional purposes in connection with the giveaway.
6. Limitations of Liability: By entering, entrants agree to release EVGA, and their officers, directors, employees and agencies from any claim, loss, liability, damage or injury of any kind arising from their participation in the giveaway or their receipt or use of the prize.
   
   These Official Rules shall be governed by, subject to, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States of America, excluding all conflict of law rules. If any provision(s) of these Official Rules are held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions hereof will remain in full force and effect. To the extent permitted by law, the rights to litigate, seek injunctive relief or make any other recourse to judicial or any other procedure in case of disputes or claims resulting from or in connection with this giveaway are hereby excluded, and all Participants expressly waive any and all such rights.
