An EVGA Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) allows customers to return defective products to EVGA for a replacement. After submitting for an RMA, EVGA will need to approve it before you are asked (via email) to send your defective product back. Once EVGA receives and tests the defective product a replacement product will be sent back to you. EVGA also offers the Advanced RMA options for a faster RMA experience.
Verifying Coverage
To submit your product for warranty replacement you must first verify that your product is under warranty. For a list of terms and conditions of the EVGA warranty please visit http://www.evga.com/warranty/.
Submitting for an RMA
If your product meets the terms and conditions of our warranty please use the following steps to submit your product for RMA:
- Register the product you need to register at www.evga.com/register/
- Visit your view/edit my products page.
- Locate the product you wish to RMA on your list of products
- Click "View Details" to look at warranty details for that product
- Below the picture of your product there will be a button to start new RMA. Click this button and fill out the subsequent pages to submit your RMA request.
RMA Approval
Once EVGA receives your RMA request the RMA will be reviewed by our department within one (1) business day. In order to approve your RMA EVGA will need a copy of the purchase invoice or receipt for the product you need replaced. This invoice can be uploaded to your product page.

Completing the RMA
Once the RMA request is reviewed and approved by the RMA department the following steps will occur:
- The RMA number and shipping instructions are emailed to the email address in your EVGA member account
- The defective product needs to be shipped to EVGA. The address, packing information, and shipping information are detailed in the email that is received when the RMA is approved
***Please note that no accessories are to be sent back with the product. Only the product itself needs to be sent in as this is all you will receive in return***
- Once EVGA receives the defective product a replacement is shipped within three (3) business days. Once the replacement product is shipped an email will be sent to the email address in your EVGA member account with the tracking number.
- Once you receive the replacement product register the replacement at www.evga.com/register/.
