In all honesty, this mouse performed quite well and above our expectations. Not once did this mouse hinder our use of our games or computer programs.
The mouse performed flawlessly through our testing. Tracking accurately on multiple surfaces and offering a nice range of DPI settings which will satisfy the vast majority of gamers. We were also pleased with the software EVGA provide. All too often control panels are an after thought by manufacturers but not here. It is fully featured, looks good and is intuitive. Everything we need from configuration software.
EVGA’s latest mouse is one of the best mice we have reviewed this year and it is one of the cheapest too. A must have for gamers on a budget.

It’s easily one of the best mice I’ve ever reviewed. It has no real weaknesses, plus it’s got features, functionality, and build quality that you’d typically find only in more expensive competitors.
I love its feathery weight and light button response. The X5's $50 price tag is quite reasonable, as well. With all of that goodness going for it, I'm happy to call the Torq X5 TR Recommended, and I'm looking forward to future gaming sessions with this mouse at hand.
It has a great feel to it and is the perfect mouse for an FPS gamer. On top of that it has some nice styling and looks great sitting on your desk with 7 different LED colors to choose from.
The performance of the mouse, with a 6400dpi sensor and 1kHz polling rate, was crisp and precise, every bit the equal of its big brother.
