HELP! STEP 3 of 4 Payment due in 7 days is nearly up...

I can't make payment still as my Submit payment is as followed on both of my Step-Ups.  As you can see, I should be paying for shipping only. But when I go to Submit Payment, I still have this price to pay on one, and on the other Step-Up, I have the 1 underneath the 1 below.   As you can see, I can't Submit Payment, as both Step-Up prices are wrong, and my 7 days to pay will run out tomorrow. Both Step-Ups should be 12 Euro's each. Please help, so I can get this Step-Up moving. Regards, Simon.
