HELP! STEP 3 of 4 Payment due in 7 days is nearly up... Monday, April 02, 2012 12:45 PM (permalink)

I can't make payment still as my Submit payment is as followed on both of my Step-Ups.

As you can see, I should be paying for shipping only. But when I go to Submit Payment, I still have this price to pay on one, and on the other Step-Up, I have the 1 underneath the 1 below.

As you can see, I can't Submit Payment, as both Step-Up prices are wrong, and my 7 days to pay will run out tomorrow.

Both Step-Ups should be 12 Euro's each.

Please help, so I can get this Step-Up moving.

Hello,

I looked into this for you and it appears you paid less than the cost of the new card. Please keep in mind VAT is not applied to the credit you get for your cards.

The Step-Up Pricing should be updated now. We give you credit for the price you paid excluding taxes, converted to Euros, with Germany's 19% tax rate added onto that. You would then pay the difference + shipping which in this case is only the shipping cost.

Nick looked into the original Price I got. (IMG below) and changed it, as it was wrong. Since the change, the price in 1 of the Step-Ups stayed the same, and the other changed. But both should be 12 Euro's that I should pay.

Hi Matthew,

Is anything going to be done about this? As I want to get my Step-Up moving. As Nick has stated, I only have to pay the Shipping on both Step-Ups.
