I was on last night for about 3 hours. I run everything maxed @ 1920x1200 on a GTX570HD, SLI bridge is currently removed for folding as well. Plus my system can't really drive the SLI all too well due to the LGA775.

I did notice for maybe 45-75 seconds my ping went from 60 up to 400ish. But i'm on a slow 768kbps DSL. I'm sure someone else in my house was browsing the internet or something.

Ive been playing on the TF2 servers the past nights and it does get a minor lag here and now but not drastic.

Yeah disable SLI and try that. I remember I had fps problems with TF2 when SLI was enabled. I updated the drivers though and it fixed the problem.

Could be a bad route along the way I guess .. Ill try and diagnose it further tonight. My connection is 15M down/ 1M up so should have plenty of capacity. My resolution is 1920x1200 and I really havent messed with the nVidia settings .. all defaults except for enabling SLI. I turned everything to medium resolution instead of the high and Ill check if AA is on (although I didnt turn it on myself). First thing I will try tonight is to powercycle everything modem/router/computer.

A person on here and a lot of issues with SLI and BF3

By any chance would that person be obnoxious and narcissistic?

also disable SLI and try it, sometimes SLI destroys performance. A person on here and a lot of issues with SLI and BF3

You can disable voice in tf2 by typing voice_enable 0 into console

For the lag, your system appears to be fine. It could be a problem with your internet or something network related.

Whats your resolution?
Have you changed nVidia control panel settings?
Have you turned on AA or any other resource intensive setting?

Wishing it was BF3 but if I buy another game my wife is going to divorce me :) As it is I got in trouble for the Foul language coming out of the players on TF2 last night and now I play with the sound off :P

Experiencing sever Lag while using the TF2 EVGA event servers .. not sure why. I used to play with duel 8800GTX SLI configuration with no issues, but this is my first time trying TF2 with Dual 570 HD DS SLI configuration. Anything I need to tweak? I have tried lowering my graphics quality, but if I get in visual range of more than 5 players than I can barely orient myself the frame rate is so bad.

Still having a fun time though :)
