You would be best suited in avoiding the P55V, as it provides no BIOS options for overclocking and is a base model. The P55 Micro, SLI, FTW, FTW200, and Classies are the better boards for overclocking.
Re:evga motherboard question (rsgm123)

great thanks i have an dual core amd on another computer that i overclocked to 4.1 GHz
Re:evga motherboard question (EliteGeek91)

Yes, they can OC perfectly. You will need to enter the BIOS to do that.

On boot, you'd press DEL, and it will take you to the BIOS, where you can adjust voltages, clocks, monitor temps, etc.

Edit: If you need ANY help, PM me anytime. I can send you some i5 OC'ing guides, give you help, advice on which board to buy, etc!

Hope I've helped!
evga motherboard question (rsgm123)

can the evga 1156 socket motherboards overclock my i5 650 cpu? i need a new motherboard and it has to be one that has a bios overclocking because my cpu cant be overclocked through software. i have a dell computer so it has a crappy motherboard and cant be overclocked witch is slowing my gpu a little
