Regression bug in 033 BIOS (randman76)

Jacob / Matthew - It appears that a bug which was resolved on BIOS 029 is now present again in BIOS 033. When disabling LAN2 it also disables other PCIE devices (USB 3.0, 1394, PCIEx1, ect..) It still shows them enabled in the BIOS; however, in Windows the devices are no longer present unless you enable LAN2.
