(HippieMagic)

Ok so I seem to be having some serious issues with this driver. I have never experienced any issues prior to this on any driver except the odd crashing in Bad Company 2 on one set but I honestly don't remember what set that was. It may have been one of the 270s.

I was playing World of Tanks and noticed some artifacts and significantly lower FPS to the point that I actually had to check and see if SLI was working. I thought it was odd and thought maybe it was just the game screwing up so I defragged and cleaned my PC as it was due for the weekly cleaning anyway.

Start WoT back up and immediately noticed jaggies everywhere so I hop off and run 3Dmark11. Same experience in this as in WoT so I figured out the problem wasn't just one game. I decided to roll back to the previous set of drivers because it was a known good set for me and ran more tests as well as played some World of Tanks and it appears that the artifacts have totally gone and my FPS is back up to where it should be.
Re:geforce 295.51 beta out! (zardoc)

 Hi all,
I've been beta testing and using ATI/Nvidia cards for almost 15 years. I remember a big issue with ATI and Nvdia drivers when XP came out.
I haven't run into driver issues for quite some time but I must say, this Nvidia card is making me go nuts!
Driver failure since the beginning. Now it's flickering on my second screen or green screen when viewing Youtube.

What makes it worst, is that I'm not even gaming!!

Everything is stock all the way. Seems that the worst issue I've read in most forums is users playing BF. If only that were my case. I use this rig to work on the network in the medical field.

Using beta drivers but problem went to driver not responding to serious flickering on my second screen.

I stand corrected, I just got a driver failure while writing this post
Re:geforce 295.51 beta out! (Zapper_Weisman)

 @maniacvvv

I totally get why you are upset. I do! I'd be angry to. I just want to say that I have 2x GTX 580s and I have used every last beta driver since the last WHQLs and I have been able to enable SLi and it runs fine for me. I only had a couple driver related crashes/lockups and that was with the last set. I don't know what steps you've taken to solve this but maybe you should try something else. Maybe even go as far as a clean windows install. (i didn't read the whole thread so maybe you did this, i don't know) Also, post your problems under the official driver feedback thread on nVidia's official forum, if you haven't already.

I also agree you can't blame EVGA for this. They are responsible for the hardware, not nVidia's reference drivers. I hope you find a solution!

Edit: Just read you solved it. Glad to see that.
Re:geforce 295.51 beta out! The driver quality that has made Nvidia the premiere choice is just no longer there and is now looking alot like AMD driver development....

I will test and report back later tonight

My advice: sell your nvidia cards get an amd card and <strike>get lost </strike> be happy! :)

Re:geforce 295.51 beta out!
