Cant play Battlefield 3 in surround (robotsociety9)

I have not been able to play BF3 in surround every since the game was first released. I have updated all of my direct X drivers from the site and from the BF3 install folder and have always gotten this error. I have tried every set of drivers since the release of the game and currently using 290.53. I went into the BF3 thread and set all my settings in my Nvidia control panel how they suggested and it hasnt changed anything in my performance. Anyone have any ideas?
