the 240X series were back when they mostly turned out good stuff. now they have a bunch of cheapo monitors to compete price-wise and they suck in quality. we have a bunch of the newer dells at work.

i am tempted to grab more 240Xs off ebay as they are pretty cheap now.

I am still waiting for an official Catalyst release and profiles, but i have heard mixed stories of success from the review sites. Any one running this config and can share experience?

I'll be installing 12.2 preview later today for my 5870 E6 cards. 12.2 preview is specificly NOT for the 7970 cards.

Yeah. I have one. I have tested a few games @ 5760x1200
Left For Dead 2 -> Kills it in max. Then again so did a 5870
Battlefield 3 -> turned down to 2x AA and it seems solid although a few hiccups
Crysis 2 -> have not played it but i ran the crysis benchmark tool and was seeing 25 fps avg with Ultra and 2x AA
Also tried Renegade Ops -> it killed this game. It was cool to see a non FPS on the 3 way setup.
I really like Hydravision as you can stay in Eyefinity mode to do real work.

@atfrico: Thanks for the link although it kind of pisses me off their flagship product can't take the latest/greatest. I think ATI is ahead featurewise but behind driver-wise.

Please note that AMD Radeon HD 7900 users should keep using the 8.921.2 RC11 driverfound here (the 12.2 preview does not supported the AMD Radeon HD 7900 Series). Full details of these two drivers are below. "

I didn't check your sig, sorry. So you have ONE and are running Eyefinity correct? How is the performance?
Have you tried OCing yet? I have yet to add any extra voltage and can run 1200 core stable.

I'm on my way to doing it. I have one installed. Now I just need to save a bit longer for my 2nd and the water block. I haven't run tests yet on single card, (I promise I will before end of week) but I can tell you that these cards are frigging well done. See the link in my sig. I am really happy with the 7970 so far. Crossfire Eyefinity should be incredible.
